Lakatos János and Franziska Enck had long dreamed of founding a company that truly supports people in starting a new life and integrating smoothly into the German community. From this vision, InfinityTime Personal GmbH was born, with the goal of offering its employees not only job opportunities but also the chance for a better, higher-quality life.
The idea came from Managing Director János Lakatos, who knows from personal experience how important it is to find the right environment, respectful treatment, and, most importantly, a home in a new country. He himself found these through the help of a recruitment company in Germany.

From our own experiences, we understand the challenges posed by German bureaucracy, especially when someone doesn’t speak the language. We know how difficult it can be to navigate everyday life and how hard it can be to find a new home, especially when you are just starting your career abroad.
This is where we want to support our employees. We have carefully and lovingly furnished our accommodations to ensure they are not just apartments but real homes for our workers. We provide opportunities for language development and make sure that native language support is always available. We offer many other possibilities and assistance to ease the transition.
